Transforming a 13,000 sqft warehouse into a bold and playful office for Christy Ng — We celebrate the raw character of an existing warehouse by maintaining its pitched steel trusses while inserting pitched house-like spaces within. Each space was intentionally designed with a distinctive identity, colour palette and function.

Using Jotun’s ‘Canvas’ Collection, soft nature-inspired earthy hues like Deep Soil, Earthy Yellow and Muted Coral ground the space while giving bold contrast — resulting in a workplace that feels contemporary and visually rich.

A carefully considered mixture of epoxy flooring and carpet gives zoning to each area, connected by visual lines in the form of exposed steel structures and linear lightings.

The open workplace encourages circulation, with breakout areas incorporated seamlessly into the office layout. A Butterscotch Yellow pantry and sculpturally shaped Ampitheater seating become focal points of rest — intentionally designed in bursts of colour and form to create an energetic atmosphere.

Moments for pausing. We intentionally carve different restful nooks within the large warehouse-office setting for informal chats, pausing, and restful retreats that feel both warm and restorative.
