Designed for local cosmetic label LUMI — we set out to create the look of a playful laboratory for the brand’s first store in The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur. Building on the label’s signature pastel colours, yellow tubes that look like distillery equipment create the impression of a cosmetic lab, reflecting the brand’s dedication to introducing a wide range of effective botanical skincare.

The experience of the design revolves around a centre island table, encouraging conversation between customer and retail specialist to understand the products and promote customer hospitality.

We incorporate the label’s star logo throughout in playful design elements, from backlit signages to custom-cut stone that look like yellow onyx for the display of products. Rounded tubes also curve into display podiums and support for the main signage.
