Our Second Nature

Out Second Nature’s first retail store in Kuala Lumpur was designed as a sanctuary, where lightness and serenity take center stage. The space was designed to open up to the exterior, allowing natural sunlight envelop the room and cast natural light on the products. The label’s signature colour of dove blue is painted in texture on one wall, grounding the space in a calming atmosphere.

Railing details are minimal but mindful, incorporating acrylic tubes for a translucent backdrop that make the clothings appear light. These are accompanied by florals that dry and change in colour over time, adding a touch of nature and completing the peaceful sanctuary feel.

Hints of warm wood and beige travertine stone add a touch of warmth to the space, aging gracefully with each season’s clothing collection.

The retail shop’s facade is minimalist, featuring clean lines, wooden apertures and diffused lighting that cast softly on floral installations by Owls Studio. Blue delphiniums and a mixture of preserved florals add soft textural quality to the facade, changing naturally in colour as time passes.
