Tell You Law

We worked with local TV broadcasting station ASTRO to create a unique set design for their legal program ‘Tell You Law’. The set consists of a variety of custom furniture and partitions, designed within constraints like guest visibility, entrance and appearance, and social distancing within the pandemic. A large semi-circular table takes center stage under an arched light fixture, allowing for legal discussions to take place between hosts and guests.

An almost monotonous theme of jade green, cool grey off-whites, and luminscent LED panel lighting set the tone of this set design to create a gallery-like experience. We explored using transparency and translucence to control the amount of privacy on screen, with polycarbonate sheets shielding off guests visibility in areas when needed.
